We are seeking an individual for the entry-level role of Learning Content Builder in our Fredericksburg, VA, Training and Development department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Learning Content Builder at Kaeser's US headquarters in Fredericksburg, VA, you will design, develop, and revise learning content that aligns with organizational goals and engages our workforce! You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and training specialists to create a variety of high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive activities, job aids, handouts, presentations, and informational displays.
The ideal candidate will have:
● An eye for visual design, color combinations, and layouts.
● A strong attention to detail.
● Ability to think critically and provide innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
● Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and changes in project requirements.
● Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in building effective learning solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
● A high school diploma is required.
● Education in instructional design, training and development, or adult learning fields and/or relevant work experience are preferred.
● Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft PowerPoint
● Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
